Yoga for Teens and Kids
Elli Bromley is a highly experienced professional teacher and yoga instructor, specialising in supporting young people.

Experience
I have over 20 years' experience of working with young people in schools, primarily as a secondary school teacher and leader prioritising pastoral care.
This extensive experience has comprised working with a multitude of unique young people and their families, enabling me to understand that there are often complex feelings, needs and experiences that can create challenges for a young person.
I have provided yoga to support teen mental health in education, the NHS, charity and community settings.
I am fully insured, DBS checked, and hold updated certification in safeguarding training and first aid.

Sessions for support
With a sensitive, inclusive and understanding approach, my yoga sessions can support many aspects of life, including:
- supporting emotional wellbeing;
- managing stress, anger and sleep difficulties;
- building self-esteem and confidence;
- coping with anxieties around social situations and school attendance.

I offer a warm, welcoming, inclusive safe space with all mats and props provided. The session is designed imagining no prior yoga experience and understanding that we all have unique experiences and needs.
