Yoga Flow
Tuesdays 6.30 - 7.30pm

We enjoy creative sequences, working on mobilising and stretching the body, whilst both energising and calming the mind.
All mats and props are provided, although you're welcome to bring your own. Yoga 'bricks' (foam blocks) are readily available to assist the body in feeling comfortable and spacious in poses.
We also incorporate relaxation and breathwork into our vinyasa flow yoga sessions, closing our sessions in a restful space.
