Yoga Flow

We enjoy creative sequences, working on mobilising and stretching the body, whilst both energising and calming the mind. There are always options to take postures in different ways, taking spacious, dynamic or powerful variations. This means Yoga Flow is suitable for almost all - from complete beginners to confident practitioners.
All mats and props are provided, although you're welcome to bring your own. Yoga 'bricks' (foam blocks) of different sizes and cushioned bolsters are readily available to assist the body in feeling comfortable and spacious in poses.
We also incorporate relaxation and breathwork into our vinyasa flow yoga sessions, closing our sessions in a restful way.

These sessions cost £45 for 5 sessions (taken within three months) or £12 to drop in.
